OK, so here's a super simple DIY project that looks fabulous. By now you all know I don't like projects that have too many steps or take too long to complete, so this one is perfect! All you need are a few square Ribba shadowbox frames from Ikea, colored scrapbook paper (12"x12") a variety of seashells/starfish/sandollars, etc... and a hot glue gun.
Simply remove the backing and adhere the colored paper behind the pre-cut white mat board.
Then simply hot glue your seashell of choice, and after it dries, put the frame back together...
They turned out great and I decided to make several and hang them in a large grouping in a client's home.
Shadowboxes make GREAT artwork- unique and interesting! What would you like to put in a shadowbox?
Great project! I like simple projects too!

I've always loved baby items in shadowboxes- bonnets, Christening gowns, booties...so precious!
