There is nothing we love more around here than eating fresh fish, and thanks to my husband and a few of his fishing buddies, we were treated to a dinner of fresh Wahoo caught off the coast of St Augustine not long ago.
So here is a quick "Before and After" (not the decorating kind!!)

We pan sauted it with garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and Everglades seasoning- yum...
We served it with black beans and rice, and a sprinkling of fresh parsley- absolutely delicious- as good as it gets around here!
