After losing a long, but hard fought battle with icicle lights, I can now reveal the front porch decorated for Christmas (sans icicle lights!) My hubby did not want any "holes" in the stucco exterior walls, so I found out the hard way that Command strips and even Liquid Nails would not support several strands of lights. Oh well, I am still pleased with the was the porch turned out...maybe I should stick with INTERIOR decorating, not EXTERIOR decorating- ha!

Instead of using my door basket this year, I went with a traditional wreath with a coastal touch!
