Back to School Tea Party...

Every year, I throw the girls a Back to School Tea Party after their first day of school...we always have fun snacking and talking about their new classes and teachers, it has become sort of a tradition around here...

While they are at school, I bake a few goodies and set up the table in our Living Room...

We usally have cupcakes, crackers, cheese and fruit- nothing fancy- but I love to decorate the table with colorful school supplies and flowers...

For "tea" we serve lemonade in our tea pot.

This year, for their gifts I purchased each girl a school spirit t-shirt

and each girl got a homemade "soup can vase" of pretty flowers...

A fun time was had by all and we look forward to a great new year at school!
