Maybe I am a little late to the whole cupcake craze...but do cupcakes really ever go "out of style"? No! They are DELICIOUS! Anyways, one day I was poking around the internet in search of some new cupcake ideas and I found these...perfect for summertime!
So I decided to create my own version with brown sugar "sand" and REAL starfish/seashells accents!
I decorate houses...why can't I decorate cupcakes?
